Your Event Can Take Center Stage!
The CM Performing Arts Center is located in the Lighthouse Commons Shopping Center on Montauk High Way in Oakdale. Surrounded by plenty of parking, stores, and eateries, CM Performing Arts Center is housed in what was once the Oakdale Theatre, restored in 1997.
The 300+ seat Noel S. Ruiz theatre and the flexible use Onyx Theatre have hosted some of Long Island's most talented performing artists and can be the home for your next event.
main stage
The Noel S. Ruiz Theatre
- House Capacity: 311 seats, 10 cabaret-style tables with 32 seats, and accessible wheelchair and companion seating.
- Main Stage: 32’ wide x 21’ deep
- Proscenium: 32’ wide x 18’ high
- Wings: Stage Right 8’ wide x 21’ deep; Stage Left 8’ wide x 21’ deep
- Orchestra Pit: 50’ wide x 10’ deep; 6’ below stage
- Full theatrical lighting and sound equipment
- Dressing/Green Room and performer restrooms

The Onyx
